Magnesium is a mineral involved in hundreds of processes in the body. This ionic form, magnesium chloride, is highly absorbable and offers dual use: it can be taken dissolved in water or applied to the skin as magnesium oil. No additives, fillers or enhancers.
Purpose
Magnesium contributes to: normal muscle function; the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal energy-yielding metabolism; the normal functioning of the nervous system; normal psychological function; the maintenance of normal bones and teeth; and a normal electrolyte balance.
How to use
For drinking: dissolve the daily dose in water or juice; it may be split into 2–3 servings a day. For topical use (magnesium oil): mix magnesium chloride and warm water at about a 1:1 ratio, apply to the skin 1–2 times daily, or add to bath water.
Daily dose
Adults and children over 14: 1 measuring spoon/day (250 mg magnesium). Children over 6: 1/2 spoon/day (125 mg).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
