1. Parties and Definitions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “Herbona” OOD (UIC 208876054, VAT BG208876054), Sofia 1000, Sredets district, 99 “G. S. Rakovski” St, entrance 3, floor 13, office 12, hereinafter the “Seller”, and any person who uses the website herbona.bg and places an order, hereinafter the “Customer”. “Products” means the goods offered in the online store, mainly food supplements and natural products.

2. Registration and Ordering

Orders may be placed as a registered user or as a guest. By placing an order the Customer confirms the accuracy of the data provided and accepts these Terms. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability of goods or obvious errors in price or description.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include 20% VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately before finalising the order. The Seller is entitled to change prices, but such changes do not affect already confirmed orders.

4. Payment Methods

• Cash on delivery — payment in cash to the courier upon receipt;
• Card payment via Stripe — secure online payment. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and are not stored by the Seller.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Speedy AD to a Speedy office or to an address specified by the Customer, on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Standard delivery time is up to 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Delivery is free for orders above the threshold indicated on the website.

6. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

Under the Consumer Protection Act, the Customer, being a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods, by notifying the Seller in writing at info@herbona.bg (a standard withdrawal form is available on request). The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.

Exceptions (Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act): the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery, including food supplements and food products whose seal has been broken.

7. Complaints and Returns

In the event of a defect or non-conformity of the goods, the Customer may file a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act within the statutory period. Complaints are submitted at info@herbona.bg. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the order.

8. Liability

The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products or failure to follow the instructions for use. The Seller shall not be liable for temporary unavailability of the website due to technical maintenance or circumstances beyond its control.

9. Food Supplements — Important Notice

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. They are not medicines and are not intended to treat, prevent or cure diseases. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, consult a doctor before use.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — texts, images, logos, design — is the property of the Seller or is used with permission and is protected by copyright law. Any use without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, and where no agreement is reached — by the competent Bulgarian court. Consumers may refer to the Commission for Consumer Protection (CPC), kzp.bg, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
