How to use
Aromatherapy: add a few drops to the water of an aroma lamp or diffuser. For the face: prepare a 1–1.5% blend in a carrier oil, i.e. about 3–4 drops per 10 ml of carrier oil. For body and hair: use a more concentrated 2–3% blend (about 6–9 drops per 10 ml of carrier oil). Essential oils are highly concentrated and should not be applied neat directly to the skin: always dilute them in a carrier oil, cream or shampoo.
