Mineral Salt No. 1 is the first of the twelve tissue salts identified by Dr. Wilhelm Heinrich Schuessler. What it contains

Calcium fluoratum (calcium fluoride) is the mineral salt that, in Dr. Schuessler's approach, is traditionally associated with the elasticity and firmness of connective tissue. Directions for use

Adults and children over 12 years: 2 tablets 4 times a day. Children aged 6 to 11: 2 tablets 3 times a day. Children aged 1 to 5: 2 tablets once a day. Tablets are taken at least half an hour before or after a meal and are left to dissolve slowly in the mouth. For young children the tablets may be dissolved in half a glass of water.
