What it contains
The formula is built on classic essences from Dr. Bach's system. Larch and Impatiens are traditionally associated with more self-confidence and a calmer pace, while Wild Oat and Gentian are used in the search for direction and motivation. How to use
Dissolve 4 drops in a glass of water, or 12 drops in a 1-litre bottle of water. Take 4 drops four times daily, orally. Shake the bottle before use.
