Rumalaya gel is an Ayurvedic herbal formula for topical use, developed to support joint mobility and to ease the feeling of discomfort in the muscles and joints. The gel is massaged directly onto the affected area and is traditionally used for tension in the back, neck and shoulders, as well as after physical exertion.
What it contains
Boswellia (Boswellia serrata) is an herb from the Ayurvedic tradition, traditionally used to support the comfort and normal function of the joints.
Ginger is an extract with a warming sensation, traditionally applied to areas of muscle tension.
Gaultheria oil (Indian Winter Green) is an aromatic oil that gives the characteristic refreshing sensation during massage.

Directions for use
