Sharlan is cold-pressed from specially selected, hulled sunflower kernels and then finely filtered, without any chemical processing. This keeps the oil's natural flavor, color and nutritional qualities intact.
It is rich in vitamin E and omega-6 essential fatty acids, both valuable parts of a balanced diet.
Taste and Characteristics
Deep yellow in color, with a rich, distinctive flavor and aroma of sunflower kernels, quite different from refined sunflower oil.
How to Use It
Best used cold in salads and sauces, or drizzled over finished dishes. It pairs well with lemon and herbs, for example in a chicken marinade.
Storage
