Beef Collagen Max Exotic Flavor is the tropical fruit variant in the range of collagen powders. Hydrolyzed collagen is a source of amino acids in a ratio suitable for synthesizing the body's own collagen, its main structural protein.
What it contains
The composition includes 70% beef collagen peptide, freeze-dried oranges, bananas and pineapple, inulin (soluble fiber from chicory) and rice milk. The formula adds glucosamine sulfate 2KCL, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid, along with acerola extract and stevia extract for sweetness. A 20 g dose provides over 12.71 g of protein, 0.405 g of fiber and 50 mg of vitamin C at 64.6 kcal; the leading amino acids are glycine (4.93 g), proline (2.88 g) and hydroxyproline (2.50 g).
Recommended intake
Take 1 tablespoon (10 g) once or twice a day, stirred into yogurt, a smoothie or other food. Allow the powder 5 minutes to dissolve well. It is best consumed 30 minutes before a meal. After a three-month intake, take a two-week break.
