Iceland moss is a symbiosis of fungus and algae, used in Northern European folk practice for its rich mucilage content.
What it contains
Standardised water-ethanol extract of Iceland moss /Cetraria islandica/; 62-68% vol ethanol.
Intended use
Iceland moss is traditionally associated with care for the throat and respiratory tract and with maintaining their normal function. Thanks to its rich content of mucilage it is known for its softening action on mucous membranes, and it is also traditionally used to support normal digestion.
How to use
30 drops, diluted in 50 ml mineral water or juice, up to 3 times daily.
