Eyebright is a small flowering plant long associated in herbal practice with eye care, especially during strain from prolonged screen use, driving or artificial lighting.
Panacea's Eyebright Tincture is produced through water-ethanol extraction.
What it contains
Standardized water-ethanol extract from eyebright /Euphrasia officinalis/, on an alcohol base of 62 to 68% ethanol by volume. The herb is a natural source of vitamins A, C and the B group, iron and silicon, as well as iridoid glycosides, including aucubin.
Intended use
Eyebright is traditionally used for eye fatigue and is known for its favorable effect on conditions related to the cornea and conjunctiva. Extracts of the herb are credited with pronounced antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity.
How to use
40 drops, dissolved in 50 ml mineral water or juice, taken 1 to 3 times a day. Recommended daily intake: 120 drops. For internal use only.
