Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) is traditionally used for relaxing and restorative baths that soothe the body after a demanding day.
How to use
Add the salt to warm water and soak for about 20 minutes. Do not use soap; rinse the skin with clean water afterwards.
- Relaxing bath: ½–1 cup (100–250 g) in warm water (37–39°C).
- For fatigue and muscle tension: 2–4 cups (500–1000 g).
- Foot bath: dissolve about 200 g in 5 l of water.
Recommended 1–2 times a week. Remove silver jewellery before use.

Magnesium sulfate, pure.
Important
For external use only. Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children. Avoid contact with the eyes.
