Buzko's pomegranate and chokeberry syrup brings together two rich dark fruits in one full-bodied homemade lemonade with deep colour and character. It is a beverage on a natural fruit base.
How it is made
The syrup uses carefully selected pomegranate and chokeberry fruit, which are pressed and processed entirely in-house at the producer's facility. This keeps the pulp and fibres of the fruit in the base rather than just clarified juice. Production follows a traditional low-temperature process that protects the flavour and beneficial properties. There are no ready-made juices, concentrates, flavourings or colourings - the base is 100% natural.
How to prepare
Dilute the syrup at a 1:7 ratio - one part syrup to seven parts water, still or sparkling. One 750 ml bottle makes about 6 l of ready drink with a rich fruity taste.
Storage
Keep the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Once opened, store the syrup in the refrigerator and consume it within a reasonable time to preserve its colour and flavour.
