Erythritol is a white, crystalline sweetener that dissolves easily in water. It is extracted from corn, and due to the structure of its molecules it stimulates the sweetness receptors on the tongue without containing sugars.
Flavor and characteristics
Sweet in taste, but with no caloric contribution, since it is not metabolized in the same way as sugar. Its sweetness reaches about 70% of that of regular sugar.
How to use it
