What it contains

At the heart of the blend is Rock Water - spring water that in Dr. Bach's system is valued for its link to flexibility and the striving for balance. It is complemented by essences of Heather, Chicory and Vervain, traditionally associated with persistence and moderation on the way to a chosen personal goal.

Composition

• Alcohol (ethanol) 40 vol.%

Directions for use

Dissolve 4 drops in a glass of water or 12 drops in a 1-litre bottle of water. Take 4 drops four times a day orally. Shake the bottle before use.
