Pamukliika (Cistus Incanus, also known as rock rose) is an aromatic Mediterranean herb used since ancient times. It stands out for its high content of polyphenols, plant compounds with antioxidant action.
Preparation
Infusion (tea): pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon, infuse for 5–10 minutes and strain. Add lemon, orange or honey to taste. One portion can be re-steeped up to 3 times.
Decoction: boil about 10 g of the herb in 200–220 ml of water for 15–20 minutes. Daily amount: 2 g.
