Buzko's whole blueberry jam is made from forest blueberries with a high fruit content. Its deep purple colour and full, slightly tart taste carry the character of the mountain forest into every spoonful.

How it is made

Whole forest blueberries with a high fruit content are used, with only fruit and sugar in the jar. No thickeners, gelling agents or improvers are added. The gentle low-temperature technique preserves the natural colour, aroma and qualities of the fruit.

65% whole blueberries, sugar, antioxidant: citric acid. No preservatives, flavourings or colourings.

Serving ideas

Lovely on freshly baked bread or pancakes, stirred into yoghurt, served with curd cheese or as an addition to cheesecake and other homemade desserts.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. After opening, keep the jar refrigerated.
