Buzko's whole apricot jam brings the sunny, mellow taste of ripe summer apricots. It is made from whole fruit with a high fruit content and keeps the warm orange colour and juicy fruitiness of the apricot.

How it is made

The jam is made from whole, top-quality apricots using a gentle low-temperature method. The lower cooking temperature preserves the natural colour, aroma and flavour of the fruit. The recipe contains no added thickeners, gelling agents, ready-made fruit fillings or improvers - the texture comes from the apricot itself.

65% whole apricot fruit, sugar, antioxidant: citric acid. No preservatives, flavourings or colourings.

Serving ideas

Spread it over a slice of bread or toast, or serve it with pancakes and waffles. It pairs beautifully with yoghurt, curd cheese and homemade desserts, and is a classic filling for croissants, sponge cakes and pastries.

Storage

Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep the jar refrigerated and consume within a reasonable time.
