The raspberry syrup is a natural base for homemade lemonade with a rich, authentic fruity taste. It is made from raspberry fruit, sugar, water and citric acid, without preservatives, flavourings or colourings. It is suitable for both children and adults.
How it is made
A selected variety of whole, top-quality Bulgarian raspberries is used for the syrup. Production starts from the fresh fruit, without ready-made concentrates. The whole fruit is pureed, so the pulp, seeds and fibres remain in the syrup. The gentle low-temperature technology preserves the rich fruity taste and aroma.
How to prepare
Dilute in a ratio of 1:7, one part syrup to seven parts cold drinking or sparkling water. One bottle yields about 6 l of ready-to-drink beverage.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep the bottle refrigerated.
