Buzko's strawberry-flavoured syrup brings the familiar aroma of freshly picked Bulgarian strawberries into a glass of homemade lemonade. It is a beverage built on an entirely natural fruit base.
How it is made
The base is whole, top-quality Bulgarian strawberries. The whole fruit is pureed, so the syrup keeps the pulp, seeds and fibres of the strawberry - you taste the real fruit rather than an artificial aroma. Production follows a traditional low-temperature process that protects the freshness and beneficial properties of the strawberries. No ready-made fruit bases, flavourings or colourings are used.
How to prepare
Dilute the syrup at a 1:7 ratio - one part syrup to seven parts water, still or sparkling. One 750 ml bottle gives you about 6 l of ready strawberry lemonade for the whole family.
Storage
Keep the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Once opened, store the syrup in the refrigerator and consume it within a reasonable time to preserve the rich strawberry flavour.
