How it is made
Whole, top-quality Bulgarian strawberries with a high fruit content are used, with only fruit and sugar in the recipe. No thickeners, gelling agents, ready-made fruit fillings or improvers are added. The gentle low-temperature technique preserves the shape of the fruit and its natural aroma.
Composition
65% whole strawberry fruit, sugar, antioxidant: citric acid. No preservatives, flavourings or colourings.
Serving ideas
Wonderful spread on freshly baked bread, added to pancakes, yoghurt or curd cheese, and for topping homemade desserts and tartlets.
Storage
