Unlike classic tahini, whole grain sesame tahini is made from unhulled sesame seeds, so the full nutritional profile of the seed carries over into the product.
Fat makes up roughly 50-60% of the paste, mostly polyunsaturated omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, while protein and carbohydrates are present in nearly equal shares, with a high proportion of insoluble fiber.

How to Use It
