Pork Collagen with Acerola is a simplified collagen formula with just two ingredients. Taking hydrolyzed collagen provides amino acids in a ratio close to what the body needs to build its own collagen.

What it contains

The product consists of 97% pork collagen peptide (hydrolyzed collagen peptide over 90%) and 3% acerola fruit extract. A 20 g dose delivers over 17.46 g of protein at 70 kcal, with no fat or sugars. Glycine (4.86 g), proline (2.72 g) and hydroxyproline (2.05 g) lead the amino acid profile.

Recommended intake

Take 1 tablespoon (10 g) once or twice a day, stirred into yogurt, a smoothie or other food of your choice. Wait 5 minutes for it to dissolve completely. It is preferable to take it 30 minutes before a meal, with a two-week break after every three months of intake.
