What it contains

The composition includes fish collagen (hydrolyzed collagen peptide over 90%), freeze-dried banana, bourbon vanilla powder and stevia leaf extract, with no other additives. A 20 g serving of the product contains over 15.52 g of protein at 65 kcal and just 0.62 g of carbohydrates. The amino acid profile is led by glycine (3.63 g), proline (1.83 g) and hydroxyproline (1.73 g) per dose.

Recommended intake

Once or twice a day, add 1 tablespoon (10 g) to yogurt, a smoothie or other food and stir. Wait 5 minutes for it to dissolve completely. It is preferable to take it 30 minutes before a meal, alternating a three-month course with a two-week break.
