Beef Collagen Max Strawberry Shortcake is a fruit-flavored collagen powder that mixes directly into yogurt or a smoothie. Collagen is the main structural protein in the human body, and its hydrolyzed form delivers amino acids in a ratio the body can use to produce its own collagen.
What it contains
The base of the formula is 70% beef collagen peptide, to which freeze-dried strawberries, freeze-dried banana, coconut milk powder and inulin (soluble fiber from chicory) are added. The composition is completed with glucosamine sulfate 2KCL, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid and acerola extract, with stevia extract providing the flavor. A daily dose of 20 g provides over 13 g of protein at 64 kcal, with glycine (4.93 g), proline (2.88 g) and hydroxyproline (2.50 g) dominating the amino acid profile.
Recommended intake
Once or twice a day, stir 1 tablespoon (10 g) into yogurt, a smoothie or another food of your choice. Wait 5 minutes for the powder to dissolve well, then consume. It is recommended to take it 30 minutes before a meal. Alternate a three-month intake period with a two-week break.

Not recommended for children under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for people with proven protein allergies or liver and kidney problems. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
